This is misleading. There is also a substantial portion of Germans against the Palestine war. (Yesterday a poll was published where much more than 50 percent were against Israel's wars)

The dirty secret is that Rheinmetal is now the most "valuable" company in Germany. Politicians skew more pro-israeli-gov than the general population (which is saying something!) and I strongly suspect the military industrial complex to be the reason why.

The German government themselves seem against the war, but still want to make money by selling weapons. In itself, this stat doesn't give much info.
